2 New Beauty Products I Want But Will Not Buy

There’s been a lot of products out on the market lately; we all have a ton of them that we want, but unfortunately not all of us are that rich and capable of buying everything we want – at least I am not. So we have to make choices and here are two of the new products that I really want but have decided that I will not purchase.

1. Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette
Whenever Urban Decay puts out a new Naked palette, it’s so tempting to get it! I’ve walked around the Urban Decay counter for at least 10 times, but somehow I have managed to walk away empty-handed every time. I think it’s just not the best colour combinations for me – it’s too orange-based which always make my yellow skin tone look sallow.

2. Real Techniques Powder Bleu Collection
I’m a really big fan of Real Techniques’ brushes but unfortunately I will not be picking these up. I find that the prices of their brushes have been increasing a lot and is now way above the “affordable” range that they were once known for. I really want to try them, but for the price, I think I would be better off getting a higher quality Japanese brush.

It’s hard sometimes to have to make a choice but I think I could get something better with the money that I’ve not spent on those 2 products. What about you? Do you have any products that you’re lemming after but will not be buying?

  1. I completely agree with the brushes! I loved the original RT brushes, then the bold metals I was like yes okay…but now I just think that they are getting waaay too ahead of themselves! Naked Heat I’ve not bought, don’t think I will, I just think there’s so many other eyeshadows that are a LOT better than UD ones, easier to blend, don’t have as much fall out….great blog post! I’m glad I stumbled upon it 🙂 X
